Tax Year Prior to 2020: Do I input teacher union dues into my W-2 information for Box 14, since that is how they appear?

I know my teacher union dues are considered a deduction for unreimbursed job-related expenses, but since they appear as another line in Box 14 on my W-2, should I input the amount in both parts of my tax return?

Yes.  You will put them in both places. Your W-2 should be entered exactly as shown. Then, enter the union dues as a Job-Related expense.
