Tax Deductions Self-Employed

I am self-employed and claim my health insurance premiums, but I have a dependent adult child who is a med student and has her own policy ... Can I claim her premiums as well?

Not if the policy is in her own name.  You can only deduct the premiums if they were part of your policy as as a self-employed individual.
