My wife is not employed and we have been jointly filing our taxes. This year she wanted to start working and we have been spending a lot on various expenses related to interview, prep and certifications. She hasn't found a job yet. I am wondering if any of the below expenses she made can be used for tax deductions
a. Online Courses
b. Certifications
c. Laptop
d. Interview clothes
e. Gas and other expenses to go attend interviews

There is nothing deductible about travel to interviews, clothes for interviews or work, or mileage to interviews or certifications.
She "might" be able to get the Lifetime Learning Credit for the online courses.

Prior to the new 2018 tax law, job expenses, including job hunting expenses, were deductible, but only as a misc. itemized deduction, subject to the 2% of AGI threshold.
They are no longer deductible.
