If your address does not stay updated in TurboTax you can try the following:
- Clear your Cache and Cookies. Please click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Please click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.
- Try using a different browser.
- Delete and re-enter your address in the Personal Info/My Info section.
- Make sure all fields (city, state, zip code, and etc.) are correctly filled to avoid validation errors.
- If you are using a foreign address, make sure you select the right country in the dropdown in the mailing address section.
