Tax credit for energy star windows

Is there still a credit for energy star windows/sliding glass doors for 2016 tax year?  I read that there is a $200 limit for windows.  Is that for all windows combined, or per window?  Is there an overall limit for credit in a given year?

Tax credit for energy star windows

$200 lifetime limit in total for windows.
