Stimulus check for child with split

Stimulus payment for my child went to her mother who claimed her last year per our agreement. Am I entitled to claim credit for the stimulus check on my taxes this year even though my child's mother probably got the payment?

Yes. It's a giant loop hole.  In TurboTax, when asked how much stimulus you got, already, do not include the money the other parent got for the child.
