Spouse covered by hsa-hdhp w/ec coverage. I'm 55 w/ppo. Since irs recognizes only ee only or ef, can I contribute to individual hsa incl 55 ?

If your PPO is not an HSA-eligible HDHP plan, your PPO is disqualifying coverage that makes you ineligible to contribute to an HSA.
