Solar tax credit question for Solar Equipment

I have purchased a portable power generator (aka solar generator), solar panels, mc4 cables, and solar panel mounting racks in 2022. All the equipment is new. They are not attached to the house but I use the generator to power things in my house and as a battery backup. Can these be used on / for the solar tax credit?

According to this energy.gov publication:  "The solar PV panels located on your property do not necessarily have to be installed on your roof, as long as they generate electricity for use at your residence."
