Sober House vs Sober Facility
My daughter lived in a sober-house attached to an intensive out-patient treatment center. We had to pay for her groceries and the cost of living in the house. The cost of the IOP was separate. They took her to meetings as part of her care. Which parts of her care is deductible? Any part of meals and lodging or just the IOP treatment?

All of the expenses you described are deductible as medical expenses if she is claimed as a dependent on your tax return, you itemize deductions and meet the 10% floor for medical expenses.
(For tax purposes, there is no meaningful distinction between the facility and the attached housing unit).
