So also does my other site that stores my payroll deposits from work. What do I do, am having my refund mailed to me and I also paid with my credit card?

So also does my other site that stores my payroll deposits from work. What do I do, am having my refund mailed to me and I also paid with my credit card?

As a Turbo tax user of some 5 years, I will never use this site again after this confusing dilemma!!  I read some of the answers here and it seems these support folks have problems of their own!  That being said, I e-filed and sent in a payment after clicking on the links suggested on how to change the payment process of PLUS included which was never my intention of using in the first place!  It gave me no other option that to click on and continue!  Something I have never experienced from a site before compared to last years filing!  I also went back in and changed the way things are done by wanting my refund mailed to me...not direct deposited to eliminate all the annoyances of a simple file.  I also changed the way payment was being processed by giving my credit card information.  It did not have all the relevance on the same page so when the page changed I was left with a click and continue!  Still not sure, as I was now on a page of *important*, once you click this button to the lower right it is the same as dropping the mail in a mail box!  I went back out and repeated the steps mentioned above which led me back to the same obstacles even after changing the *wall* of obstacles, so will not use this site again.  I will be using my bank to reclaim that extra charge of $29.99 for having my refund mailed to me and using my credit card as an immediate payment!  Thank You and enjoy the Answer!  It is my own!!!  Paul L.
