You report the sale of a second home in the same section in which you report stock and other investment sales.  To enter:

• Go to Income
• Select Investments and savings 
• The screens you will see depend on whether you have already entered some investments
• Click on "Add Investments"
• For "How do you want to add your docs?" click on "Type it in myself"
• On the screen with "OK, let's start with one investment type" click on the box with "Other" (land, second home, personal items).
• Continue through the screens to report the details of your sale.
