Rental Property Deductions

I am working on finishing up my 2018 federal and state income taxes using TurboTax Premier 2018.  I am having trouble getting into the section where I can input my information.  Does "Premier" still support the entering of rental property data and using it to calculate my final taxes due.  If so, where is that section, and if not, now what do I do?  Drop back and punt, please don't say, "Start Over!!!" Help please?

Yes, but what type of trouble are you experiencing? The section you are looking for is the Rental Properties and Royalties section and in Premier that is located under Income. If you somehow arrive at the Rental and Royalty Summary screen, just click the Edit button.

I can only answer if  TurboTax Premier ( download/ CD  version ) support landlords ( rental property  -- schedule-E ) --- per the TurboTax site  it does support.   I only use  TurboTax Home and Business -- in this version rental property  income shows up under business income.    I would suggest  going to personal income  ( since you probably do not have a business income tab ),  and select "I will choose what I work on ", then from the drop down list of income categories, select  rental income.  Hope this helps
