Is there a way to reduce what I owe.

Two thoughts.

If you are really trying to reduce what you owe, you need to see a tax professional to whom you can lay out all your paperwork and answer any questions the tax professional might have. We in the Community are not really equipped for this, since we have no way to keep your data private.

The other thought is that you might ask for a payment plan from the IRS. You can do this through TurboTax. Please see this TurboTax Help page for more information.
