recovery rebate tax credit

I am preparing 2020 taxes for my father who passed away in June. He received the first stimulus check for $1200 but not the second one for $600. When I input that information into turbo tax, it increases his refund by $600. Is this a 'glitch" with Turbo Tax? I didn't think deceased people were eligible for the refund?

Someone who passed away in 2020 and was eligible can receive both the EIP1 and EIP2.  The Recovery Rebate Credit is correct if he did not receive the second stimulus payment of $600.
