I finally got to the 1040, thanks for that advice. Line 30 on the 1040 is blank 

I also did get to the page asking for the 3rd stimulus package and how much. Recovery Rebate only states myself and my wife for a reduced amount $2100

Which would make sense for just my wife and I. But with my newborn it should be more
