I have contributions in box 12 of my W2, but they do not appear on the HSA screen.

Recheck the information you entered on the W-2 screen. Box 12 of the W-2 will have code W for Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions. When you enter this information on the W-2 screen, TurboTax will carry the amount to the HSA contributions screen. (Click the screenshots below to enlarge them for reference.)
