I have a few questions about the use of HSA with an HRA. I contributed to an HSA for several years before I retired from my previous company and continued to contribute to the HSA post retirement. I than joined another company which had good medical insurance coverage and came with and HRA ($2000 employees plus $2000 for spouse). Here are my questions:
1) Can I continue to contribute to my HSA? From other posts it appears that the answer is NO.
2) Can I pay for qualified medical expenses that are not covered by the HRA? (My wife exceeded her $2000 of HRA .)
