TurboTax won't recognize my Business Credit form

I have completed a business credit form, but my refund amount hasn't changed and the menu says 'Not Started.' I have tried deleting the form and redoing it three times, and I've tried deleting my cookies. This problem has persisted for three days and five 'Tax Experts' can't help me and just gave up. I need this resolved.

@HelenC12 here is the clarification: I'm a 50% partner in an LLC that restored a historic multi-family property which qualified for federal and state rehabilitation tax credits. (Investment Credit / Rehabilitation Tax Credit / Historic Tax Credit.)

The LLC filed Form 3468 (Federal) and Form IT-238 (NY State). My personal return needs to include the same forms (but filled out differently). Last night, a TurboTax Expert told me that because the LLC made a loss of $500, the tax credits can't be applied to my personal tax return.

My understanding is that general business credits, including the rehabilitation credits, should be available to be claimed by individuals with certain limitations to offset their income tax liability on Form 1040. The pass-through partnership LLC simply passes the credits on to the company's partners and doesn't utilize the credits. This is why I believe the TurboTax Tax Expert is wrong. What are your thoughts?

@hamillcian  That credit is passed from the LLC to the stockholders/partners on form K-1.  When you enter the numbers from your K-1 into the TurboTax system then TurboTax generates the necessary forms for you to get the credit.  Did you receive a K-1 from the LLC that you are a partner in?
