I guess it's possible...but it would most likely be applied to 2021 taxes you file next year.

You could always wait to file to see what congress passes in the next two months...or so...and see what & who it applies to...IF..big IF...if they change it.

Key word is PROPOSED ... change will only come once congress passes the law and the president signs it ... the nuts and bolts of these changes have not been released yet so who knows what will happen and when.
