My husband and I file jointly with three children. Our AGI is under 150,000. We received stimulus payments of 3,900 round 1 and 3,000 round 2. In our accounts is has 1950 and 1500 listed for each of us as received. Is it correct that we add our two account totals together to fill out lines 16 and19 on the form? The directions are not clear.

When you fill out the recovery rebate credit section you need to enter the amounts you actually received which you say were $3900 and $3000. You and your family received the correct amount for a married couple with three children under the age of 16.....there is no more stimulus money owed to you at this time.
What do you mean by "our two accounts" --- when you file a joint return there is ONE tax return for the married couple. What two accounts are you talking about?
@xmasbaby0 is correct. If you are filing together, married filing joint, the two lines in the Recovery Rebate Credit section would refer to the totals received from each stimulus payment. More importantly, these amounts should be listed in full and you would answer yes at the screen Let's double-check the amount you received because you would not need to edit the amounts.
If you are filing separately, you would have to decide how to report the children because the total received for 3 children would not be split in half.
