QBI Deduction of $1

I am getting a QBI Amount calculations showng $4 and a QBI Deduction showing $1. It is showing for business name n/a.  I don't qualify for this and have no entry that would trigger this deduction. I don't know why it showing up. Please advise.

QBI Deduction of $1

Usually this occurs if you have a 1099-DIV with Box 5 amount.  If this is the case and you do not want to claim the QBID, just delete the amount in Box 5 (it will not affect the rest of the return).

If you have entries in the dividend section that include "Section 199A" dividends, this will trigger a QBI deduction for your share of the deductible amount.  Please double-check in this section and if you still have concerns or have errors around this section that you cannot resolve please return and let us know.
