I paid off a loan in 2019 that originated in 2016. When I put $0 in the box for "outstanding mortgage principal", turbotax says "outstanding mortgage principal must have a value". Please advise!

I have mortgage and HELOC thru 2 different banks. Using the 1098 form from the HELOC bank, Box 2 Outstanding mortgage principal is blank. What do I enter in the tax form?
