My f/t job is 30 miles from home. My second job (2 nights/wk.) is 5 miles from home. I go directly from primary job to second job 2X/wk. then home. Can I deduct the 25 miles for each trip (primary to 2nd) or just 5 miles each time? IRS guidelines seem to indicate that I can deduct 25 miles. Thank you for any advice.

You cannot deduct job-related expenses on a federal tax return if you are a W-2 employee. The last time you could deduct the sort of mileage you are describing on a federal return was in 2017.
--W-2 employees cannot deduct job-related expenses on a federal return. Job-related expenses were eliminated as a federal deduction for W-2 employees by the tax laws that changed for 2018 and beyond. Your state tax laws might be different in AL, AR, CA, HI, MN, NY or PA.
If you live in a state that lets you deduct job-related expenses, the information will flow from your federal return to the state return, so enter it in Federal>Deductions and Credits>Employment Expenses>Job-Related Expenses
