Thanks, but I spent over 2 hours this morning with a TurboTax specialist and even his supervisor could not get the window that allows you to import your deductions would not refresh itself to allow us to see what or where we needed to log in to import the information and none of us were able to get the window to populate itself so we could see the block to sign into It's Deductible. The issue is above the TurboTax help specialist even though he was awesome helping. They sent me a link to try to get a refund for my money, but, it has not been accepted as of yet so I dont know if I need to purchase a new turbotax program or not yet. I'm going to have to try and reload the entire program to see if I can get by the glitch in the system or what I dont know. Really frustrating. Similar issue last year, I bought both download programs from Sam's Club and then downloaded the program onto my windows 10 laptop. I wont be using the Sam's Club to purchase the program next year believe me. But, I will be looking around for something better. Never had the issues when I could purchase a CD like we used to and then install it. This new version of not having a CD drive just sucks and nothing one can do about it. I can go on and on, but I wont. Ill just say, the TurboTax specialist working with me was great but, other than that, not gonna recommend TurboTax even though I really like how user friendly the program is to me.
