Yes, if it’s a yearly fee based on the value of your RV and you itemize your deductions. You can’t deduct the total amount you paid, only the portion of the fee that’s based on your RV's value. As long as your vehicle registration or license fee for your RV includes taxes based on the value of the item, you're eligible for this deduction.
