IRS says I should input line 30 for march 2021 payment but cannot

IRS site says I am owed the March 2021 Stimulus payment and they give me the amount to enter on Line 30. I cannot get to that in Turbo tax. How do I input the amount?

If you didn’t receive a third Economic Impact Payment or got less than the full amount, you may be eligible to claim a Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2021 federal tax return.

If you are eligible, the credit will end up on line 30 of your 2021 Form 1040.

To claim the credit in TurboTax:

1.Enter all your federal return information as you would normally

2. During the Federal Review, we’ll check if you meet the requirements for the stimulus payment

3. If you meet the requirements, you'll see the Did you get a third stimulus? screen

4. Answer a few questions about any payments you've already received and then we'll let you know if the Recovery Rebate Credit applies
