I have tried everything to get my ippn# Ive tried going to the irs site and checking get my payment for my stimulus, none of my info works. I have tried to e-file and it wont go through due to needing a ippn#, I've tried to set up an account to get my number and none of my info works. I dont have any credit cards or loans so i cant set up an account that way. I'm so frustrated i dont know what to do. The irs call center is shut down. I havnt filed taxes since 2014 for the 2013 year. Someone please please help me. Im out of work and really really need to get the stimulus.My e-mail is [email address removed] i will give someone $100 if they can help me with this out of that check if i can get it. Im desperate.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to e-file your return if you are being prompted to enter an IP PIN and you cannot access yours. If you cannot retrieve it from the IRS online, you will have to print and mail your return. The IRS is not processing paper returns until they reopen, so it may be a little while until yours gets processed. I'm sorry I don't have better news.
