Look for Form 2441 since that is related to childcare expenses and delete that form.
I don't know why it didn't submit all the question I typed. So to continue, the answer said I must have accidentally clicked something at the beginning and it suggested I go into the tax tools and delete the form that is causing the problem. But it doesn't tell me what form to delete... and in the tax tools it doesn't let me look at the forms, only giving their titles. So I have no idea which one to delete. Help!

That did it. Thank you!
I ran in to the same thing because I had a dependent set up under Child and Dependent Care Credit under Deductions & Credits. Even though the amount of child care I entered was $0, TurboTax still wanted child care provider information. I went back to Child and Dependent Care Credit and deleted the $0 (0.00) and just left that field blank. TurboTax then asked me to enter an amount or click Continue if I had none. At that point it deleted the dependent entry all together. After that I was able to run Smart Check without any errors: TT no longer asked for Child Care Provider information.
