HSA contribution and distribution

I contributed allowable HSA contributions for 2018 and 2019 in January 2019. I took all of the 2018 and 2019 distributions for 2018 allowable medical expenses. 

Turbo Tax WILL NOT let me show that I used the 2019 contribution and distribution for 2018 expenses. To show that I have no reimbursements for my 2019 medical expenses.

Any ideas?     thank you so much!!!
