I have a part time wood working business & have a separate structure for this business. It is used for business only. How do I determine the % of time conducting this business?

If the separate structure is the only office used to conduct and generate the income for your wood working business, then enter 100%.

Under the repair and maintenance deductions category, does this only apply to office/business property? Do repairs and maintenance for business equipment count?
