The form 8615 is no longer even listed on the "Federal Individual Form Availability" page.
This is worrisome!
If the issue is testing of the form by IRS for efiling, perhaps Intuit can at least release the form for the print option first, followed later by the form for the efile use.
8615 is back on the list of forms, with the date 3/4/20.
Absolute nonsense how awful TurboTax has been not just on getting this form done but providing clear information. Seems difficult to motivate customers to ditch one of the most popular pieces of software I’ve seen but y’all are really proving anything is possible!
The IRS and TurboTax try to work on forms that are most in demand first. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
Every new or updated tax form must pass several checkpoints before we can call it "final" in TurboTax. Here's how it works:

The date just changed again to 3/5.
It's the only form on the Federal list that isn't available, wouldn't that put it at the top of the list? 🙂
The forms are not listed in terms of priority -- they are listed by form number. It is high on our list of forms to work on.
Totally unacceptable for Turbo tax to not have this form ready today. They should be granting free filing for anyone who has this problem.
Looks like H&R Block is much better than turbo tax!
The date just changed again to 3/6.
The release date has been changed to 3/6/20. It seems to be a moving target.
My screen stopped with a date for a few days and read, "soon". Now it's back with 3/6. Curious, who is changing this date & why? Very annoyed with Intuit turbo. Don't plan on using it next year. Looks like I might go to doing my son's on my own without turbo's help. Wait...they aren't helping!
Unfortunately, the release date for Form 8615 has been moved to March 6. We do apologize for the inconvenience--we are working to release the form as soon as we can.
You used the term, "We", are you someone who knows what's going on with intuit turbo tax and this form? If so, why are dates constantly arriving, but then pushed forward once that date arrives. Trust is extremely low with a product that keeps changing its responses. ??? At what date do I bail on intuit turbo tax, an effort to avoid missing the filing date in April. Extremely disappointed to purchase a product that can't do what they advertise. Have any direct response for me? HELP!
3/6 is only two days away. "we are working to release the form as soon as we can" sounds like the currently scheduled date 3/6 is not a sure thing.
Right. Either tell us it's going to be done at date MM-DD-YYYY, or don't tell us anything at all, but the moving-target strategy is infuriating and I will absolutely be switching software next year because of it.
