Hi..filling in forms 3520....us greencard beneficiary of fathers uk will over $100,000 bequest ..greencard holder also an executor and an individual....are 2 boxes checked at top line B for individual and Executor and under name of trust is this left blank ? ...or what is entered here in a will situation thanks R

If this is an inheritance from an individual, this will be reported in part 1V in the 3520. You do not need to name a trust or the individual you are receiving this inheritance from unless this was placed in a trust.

Yes, you will select that are an individual and the executor of the will. See the instructions for form 3520 for further details.
