EV tax credit calculation error

This issue is still not fixed in Turbo Tax as of 3/29/2020. It is showing 100% for phase out percentage for a Chevy Bolt purchased in August, 2019. The correct amount of 50%, but I cannot enter that manually.

Right now, its asking users to check and correct the amount from the IRS link provided in "learn more". IRS cite says $1875 for Bolts bought before 3/31/20. I manually changed $7500 credit accordingly.
