Please clarify what you are asking about.   Are you asking about getting the CTC on your 2020 tax return or are you asking about getting the monthly advance child tax credit payments for 2021?  How old is your child (or children)  ?

I'm looking at the advanced payments that are based off the previous years tax return. I've got a 9/6/3/1 year old spread of four kids. Turbo tax submissions for the past five tax years.

TurboTax cannot see or give you any information about what the IRS is doing with your advance CTC payments.  

 This is a brand new system thrown together by the IRS after Congress changed tax laws in the middle of the tax season.  There are going to be bugs, glitches and mistakes made and folks will unfortunately have to be patient until they sort it out.  

If you do not receive the monthly payments you will be able to get the CTC on your 2021 tax return.
