I got tree dependet but I did not clam them last year somebody else clam them my cusin but I told her to take them out of the payment because I wanted to clam them and I want to clam them next year I get ssi and I usually don’t file taxes because I get social security

You don't have to have any income to receive the Advanced Child Tax Credit payments. You can check your eligibility and how much you may get here:
