Twins born in October 2019 received their SoSec cards, but TurboTax says the SSN's on the cards are non-qualified SSNs and limits the Child Credit to $500 each. How do I override the non-qualified status to get the full $2,000 credits?

A child born anytime during the tax year will qualify you for the full $2,000 Child Tax Credit. Double-check your entries and be sure you entered the birth date correctly AND indicated the child lived with you for 12 months. That is the most common reason for not getting the full credit. Even though they was born late in the year, they are treated as if they lived with you all year.
