Charitable deduction for C-Corp 25%

My taxable income is $157,887.00 and I donated $100,000 to Tunnel of Tower, why is the charitable contribution deduction allowed is only $15,789.00 (10%) instead of 25% as published in the IRS allowed deduction?

Ten percent is the limit.  Where are you seeing 25%?
