Can anyone help me with the 2441 form, I can’t figure it out?

the section is so small I can’t read the whole thing and very unsure on how to even fill it out.

What is the part you cannot figure out?  To fill out the form, you should start with the step-by-step interview questions in the TurboTax program.  Follow the prompts and the program will transfer all your information and data onto Form 2441 which will be ready for you to print out. 

To enter your child and dependent care expenses, here are the steps:

In TurboTax online

• Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "daycare" and Enter
• Select Jump to daycare
• Follow prompts
