Bug calculating Mortgage points spread over 30 years when servicer changed during year

I have 2 1098s for the same Mortgage because the servicer changed during the year.  The transfer was on 1/28/2022.   The deductible should be $440 total for points spread across 30 years..

You will need to remove the Points from your one 1098 entries so the amount is not doubled.  You could leave the Points on the 1098 you received from the servicer your original loan was transferred to.  

Or, since this is actually the same mortgage (servicer changed) you could combine the amounts into one 1098 entry.
