Property taxes on parking space

I bought a deeded parking space this year. Can I deduct the property taxes that I pay for the space? I also pay a condo associate fee for this spot, can this be deducted as well?

The property taxes on the parking lot are potentially deductible as an itemized deduction if you itemized deductions instead of using the standard deduction.  The condo association fee is no deductible.
