Product Subscription

TT directs you to go to Products & Billing if you a. want to change your Product subscription.  There is no option, that I see to allow me to change the type of subscription I want for cy23 tax returns. I want to change it to Free Product as I have zero deductions for cy23.

Try this in TurboTax Online:

1. Open your return 
2. Select Tax Home in the left pane
3. Select Start, Continue or Pick up where you left off under any of the categories on the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen 
4. In the left pane, select the Tax Tools dropdown
5. Select Switch to Free Edition
6. Follow the prompts

Thanks for your recommended steps.  When I click on "Tax Home" nothing happens which means I can't proceed to the next steps.  I also tried the link that you provided which does not launch and ends up with an Error code.  I'm baffled
