I e-filed 1040x for federal successfully. But the last step says:
Print and Mail These Forms to the Government
Even though you e-filed, you're still required to print and mail these forms
Don't skip this important step! Your return isn't complete without it.
But when I click on Print Required Forms, it is federal 1040-V and state 1040-V. I am confused. Do I mail them? BTW, I didn't e-file my state return.

A Form 1040-V is a statement you send with your check or money order for any balance due on the “Amount you owe” line of your Form 1040. Did you e-file your return but not make a payment? If so, that is why it is asking you to complete the 1040-V and mail it with your payment due.
If you did not e-file your state tax return, you will have to mail that as well. There should be mailing instructions included for your state tax return. You can also get this information from your state's Department of Revenue.

I e-filed the federal amended but not the state
Documents that support the changes that you made are required.
TurboTax will include these if you E-File.
