Yes, you can deduct any pregnancy-related medical expenses you paid during 2016, but there are some conditions.

You would have itemize deductions and reduce the medical expense deduction by any amount reimbursed or paid by insurance.

The deduction for medical expenses is also limited to the amount exceeding 10% of your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
