Our RV is our primary home. We do a lot of business travel to attend various fairs and sell our wood furniture and jewelry, what can we deduct as business travel?

Not much.  When you are in one town, you might be able to count the miles driven from the RV park to the Fair and back to the RV park.   And same with from RV park to supply store and back to RV park.  But traveling from town to town would not be deductible.
