Our HSA is in my name so was our insurance. I use it on both of our medical bills, my wife is secondary on the account. Does that mean I put some of it on her HSA?

An HSA is owned by one person, like an IRA.  You can use it to pay for expenses for yourself, a spouse, or a dependent, but it only has one owner.
