The software is not asking for the over 66 years old medical expenses which are allowed in Oregon state software. This question was asked a year ago, I don't think it was ever resolved. The software is still not asking me for the allowed medical expenses.

In TurboTax, I prepared an Oregon state income tax return.
At the screen Oregon Medical Expense Subtraction, I was able to report medical expenses that were reported on Oregon Form 40 Other Subtractions as code 351.
Other Subtractions were reported on line 13 of the Oregon Form OR-40 and reduced the Oregon taxable income.
