Not required to have a form 8889 for HSA

I did not get a form 8889 for my HSA account. Why is Turbo requiring me to upgrade to Deluxe to file? Thanks

If there were any contributions to your HSA or you took any distributions, you are required to file Form 8889 with your tax return.  This form is calculated by the program.

Thank you Anna, is the Form 8889 something I will be receiving in the mail to include with my taxes? why do I need to do this now, when I did not have to do this last year when filing even though I had the same HSA account as I do now with using and contributing to the account?
