Not able to e-file for State because 593 is not recognized!?

I followed your steps on "how to enter form 593". Basically, it starts with adding 593 in the State section, once done, go to Federal and update... I followed every single steps successfully, but the last step, at the final Check Entries stage, it keeps on saying I'm ineligible to e-file California because the return has withholding from a source other than 593, but that's incorrect! It was a 593 that I went through all the steps to complete.

This must be a bug???

Please advise.
