National Financial Services LLC is a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments.  Did you have any stock sales or dividends -Forms 1099-B, 1099-DIV or INT, or possibly a Form 1099-R if you have a retirement account?

You will likely need to return to your Federal section and the Wages and Income screens.  You should be able to revisit whichever section applies to you under your Income Summary to find the appropriate form and edit it.  You can edit it however you see fit to make the name fit for your state form.
