My HSA closed my account and refunded me the remaining balance my question is where do I enter this info on my tax return?

Follow the steps below to enter your 1099-SA:

Select Federal on the Left Hand Side.
Select Wages and Income
Type in 1099-SA at the search box and select Jump to 1099-SA
Answer the questions in the interview screens.
